You may be wondering if there are any hidden cost involved?  Perhaps also  considering which package to choose from: 6 hours, 8 hours or a full day coverage?  I am here to guide you with what you should be getting from your wedding photography package and make sure that you get the most out of it. After all, it is the photos that will help you remember your big day for years to come. What is a photography package? A photography package is a preset collection of services that a photographer offers to their client.  A wedding photography package can vary based on photographers but they usually include the following:          Coverage: the number of hours photographer will be present during the day Number of photographers: number of photographers attending to capture the special moment Engagement Photoshoot: Whether an engagement photoshoot will be included to help you and your partner feel  comfortable in front of camera before your wedding day Edited image: the number of image edited and delivered to you in digital format Wedding album: A printed album that includes a selection of your favourite wedding photos Prints: Prints of your photos in different sizes How many hours of photo coverage will I need? I would always advise choosing a package with as many hours as you can afford. You’ll definitely do not want look back at your wedding photos and regretted missing some important moments. A 10-12 hours wedding photography coverage will be perfect to capture all moments from pre-wedding festivities, intimate family moments, candid get ready moments, wedding portraits, family and bridal parties and full coverage of ceremony, reception and moments in between. Most wedding photography package will atleast include 8 hours of coverage, which will be sufficient to capture getting ready candids, formal wedding photos, the wedding ceremony and reception highlights. What does a typical wedding photography cost? Wedding photography services vary greatly depending on the experience of the photographers and many other factors. When comparing the different cost of photographers, it is important to consider the value they bring to the table. For instance, what will you photographer bring on your day? How much photography and editing experience do they have? The more value they can provide, the more the package will be worth.   Looking for Wedding Photographer? Message Us Today

Why have a pre-wedding photoshoot? “I am not comfortable in front of camera”. I have heard this phrase being mentioned so many times from couples. They feel uncomfortable with their picture being taken and can never relax into the mood of what they want to be captured. A pre-wedding photo session creates an opportunity to eliminate this concerns in a similar way that a run-through helps on your wedding day. Pre-wedding photo sessions allows you to get acquainted with your photographer before your special day. Photos from your pre-weddings can be used to personalise save-the-dates and wedding invitation cards. You can also revisit your previous romantic date spots. Choosing the Right Location Your background should reflect the romance and personal touch of your story. Melbourne offers a plethora of stunning locations for photoshoots. Consider places such as Carlton Gardens, Parliament House, Melbourne’s Pristine beaches and even the iconic Melbourne laneways for a backdrop that suit your style and personality as a couple. Every couple has their own unique love story to tell and my goal is to create the perfect backdrop that reflect your romance and story. What to wear on your photoshoot Whether you are looking to wear a formal attire or more of a casual look, I always encourage my clients to feel confident and comfortable in what they are wearing. I want my couples to look back and enjoy the photos that they took with me. One advice is from me is that to coordinate your outfit with your partner in a way to complements one another. Consider the location and season when choosing the attire and it’s best to avoid big logos and pattern that can distract from your main focus- which is you and your partner. Bringing props for your photos Incorporating props can add creativity and personality to your photos. Whether it is a simple bouquet of flowers, picnic setup, vintage bicycles, this can portray your love story in a unique and interesting way.
